Financial Advisor
Early in his life, Austen was taught and grasped the importance of financial literacy. This foundation, coupled with the ability to build positive relationships, led to a fulfilling career. Austen joined Security Financial Management in 2015. He is a valuable asset when working with multigenerational clients and ensuring every demographic feels heard and understood. As an advisor, Austen finds it rewarding to work closely with clients to alleviate some of the stress associated with key financial decisions.
Austen graduated from the A.B. Freeman School at Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management while also lettering four years for Tulane’s football team. He continued his postgraduate education at the University of Stirling in Scotland earning a MS in Business Management. He also participated as a player/coach for the University’s American football team.
Strong relationships are vital in Austen’s personal and professional life. He enjoys furthering those connections, spending time with family and friends. Austen enjoys exercising, playing golf, and cooking in his free time.
