As the Director of Operations, Charles, known as Charlie to friends and clients, is responsible for overseeing the firm’s processes and efficiencies. He is passionate about the power of planning for the future and finds great satisfaction in bringing peace to clients in a potentially chaotic world.
Charlie joined the team in 2016 as Director of Recruitment and continues to be a valuable asset to the firm with his background spanning experience in many different capacities of financial services. A graduate of University of Florida, Charles began his career as a Group Insurance Sales Representative with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and continued his success at The Principal Financial Group.
Faith and family are the most important things to Charles. He and his wife are proud to have raised two successful children and look forward to becoming involved grandparents someday. Charles enjoys spending time outside fishing and hunting (and cooking with what was harvested!) and serving as a member of Coastline Community Church.
