Michael joined Security Financial Management in 1998 and has been instrumental in implementing a positive and collaborative culture at Security Financial Management. As Managing Director, Michael prioritizes optimizing the client experience. It’s his passion to guide clients, create sound financial plans, and help them achieve their goals through teamwork and collaboration. Understanding that life changes happen, Michael values flexibility while always keeping an eye on long and short-term goals.
Michael places a particular emphasis on assisting families with special needs planning for loved ones with disabilities. In fact, this was Michael’s main motivation for becoming involved with financial planning over 26 years ago. He was formerly on the Finance Committee with the Down Syndrome Association of Brevard and formerly served as the Finance Committee Chairman at Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida.
Michael is a Florida native and graduate of the University of Central Florida. He enjoys spending time with his wife Susan and their two children, Frederick and Faith. As a family, they work with horses, vacation to their favorite destinations, and explore new places.
